Abstract Submission

Abstract of talks and/or posters are submitted as manuscripts to Biomath Communications Supplement. Please select the section "Conference contributions".
Deadline: 31 March 2018. Notification of acceptance: 10 April 2018
Participants who need invitation letter before this deadline, should send a request to Roumen Anguelov (roumen.anguelov@up.ac.za). However, please note that invitation letter cannot be issued before the abstract is submitted and accepted for presentation at the conference.

Instructions: Please, use the latex template sample_abstract.tex with the style BMCS.cls to write an abstract of your talk/poster. The abstract should not exceed one page. Providing some references is recommended). It should be uploaded to Biomath Communications Supplement journal . You need to register with the website or use an existing account. Log in as author to make a submission. Please, upload a pdf file as your main submission and the Latex source file as a supplementary file. In exceptional circumstances abstracts will be accepted in plain text or Word. However, these should not contain any special symbols, formulas or figures. No more than one presentation (oral or poster or both) is permitted to each participant. The number of oral presentations is limited (the limit is reached at a first-come-first-serve basis). The Organising Committee expects that some funds for student and junior faculty support will be available. Applicants are required to complete a Financial Aid Application Form and submit it together with a CV and recommendation letter from the supervisor (for students) to Roumen Anguelov (roumen.anguelov@up.ac.za) by 28 February 2017.
